Svitlana Dolbysheva

Ukrainian artist. Born in 1996 in Kyiv. She works with photography, moving image and sound. Her practice explores productive archiving as a method of commemoration, power dynamics, and the relationship between people, nature, and technology. Since the beginning of the invasion, Svitlana has worked in Ukrainian cities as a producer for international media such as ZDF (Germany), Corriere della Sera (Italy), RAI (Italy), and Ansa (Italy). Since September 2023, she has been studying Time and Space and Visual Arts at the University of the Arts London (UAL), Central Saint Martins. Svitlana is also a cameraman for the film Voysey iz Bakhmut, directed by Igor Babayev.
